Why Carambolim Lake? Carambolim Lake is identified as an important Bird & Biodiversity Area (IBA) as it hosts nearly 290 species of birds both local and migratory, some of which are classified as Endangered on the IUCN Red List! It is home to many species of butterflies, other insects, reptiles, flora, funga and more.

Registration fee of Rs.800/- per adult and Rs. 400/- per student to be paid in advance.

Difficulty : Easy (1.5 km - 2km approx)
