Have you ever wondered what a coat of arms is and what it represents? Join us for our upcoming workshop where we delve into the fascinating world of heraldry and the process by which they were made!
Here’s what to expect:
- Learn about the history of coat of arms and their symbolism.
- Get a chance to observe and sketch the nature motifs in the MoCA collection while learning about their stories with a Museum Educator.
- Draw inspiration from the unique motifs in the MoCA collection to create your own personalised coat of arms by transforming it from a sketch to a fully carved piece!
Open to 12 years and above (adults are also welcome!)
